Three-time Emmy Award winner Tim Moore co-founded North America’s largest virtual studio network, Vū Studios and serves as Vū’s CEO.
Tim and his fellow co-founder Jon Davila established Vū’s first virtual production studio in Tampa Bay, Florida despite the COVID-19 pandemic. Believing that an enduring global pandemic exposed an urgent need for virtual production and by bringing the full measure of their talents and abilities to the opportunities and challenges, Tim and Jon developed the technologies and techniques that are driving Vū to be one of the world’s fastest growing turn-key virtual production studio networks. As virtual production pioneers, Tim and Jon are acknowledged by their peers as early innovators and thought leaders in the burgeoning virtual production industry.
Today, Vū’s virtual production facilities provide a safe, controlled space for filmmakers and other creatives to shoot their productions in a virtual environment, achieving radically reduced travel and location requirements, associated boosts in creative outcomes, and attractive cost savings.
As an intellectually driven entrepreneur, Tim is the holder of several patents for Vū technology. Tim is also a published author, releasing the comprehensive guide to purpose-driven marketing “Sold On Purpose: Marketing to The Conscious Consumer” in 2019. As founder of the Tampa Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, Tim dedicates pro-bono time to inspire community leaders to uplift their communities through positive public messaging. Tim resides in Tampa with his wife, Ashley and their two school age sons.
